abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food that can be taken on a daily basis with good flavor and flavor while containing soy isoflavone in a sufficient amount for alleviating climacteric disturbance. A confectionery containing 0.1-0.5% by mass of soy isoflavone and containing a decoction as an excipient is provided. The soybean isoflavone is preferably contained as soybean germ yellow powder, and the mass of one confectionery is preferably 5 to 10 g. As such a confectionery, bonito, syrup, sugar sugar powder are added, water is added, heated and kneaded to form a semi-solid candy, shaped into an appropriate size and then sprinkled with sugar.
