titleOfInvention | Phenol resin molded product |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phenolic resin molded article having a low free ammonia content and excellent moldability, mechanical strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The total content of phenolic monomers and phenolic dimers is 10% or less as determined by gel filtration chromatographic area method, and the number average molecular weight (Mn) is 400 to 800 by gel filtration chromatographic measurement, weight. A novolak phenol having a dispersion ratio (Mw / Mn) of an average molecular weight (Mw) to a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1.1 to 2.0 and an ortho / para bond ratio of a methylene group of 0.9 or less. A phenol resin which is formed by molding a phenol resin molding material containing 100 to 900 parts by mass of an inorganic filler and 10 to 25 parts by mass of a curing agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin, and has a free ammonia content of 0.1% by mass or less. Molding. [Selection figure] None |
