titleOfInvention Thermoplastic resin foam and method for producing the same
abstract The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin foam excellent in cushioning properties, compression set, and the like, and particularly excellent in a strain recovery rate when compressed at a high temperature for a long time, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition containing at least one of a polyurethane resin having a reactive functional group or a crosslinking agent having a reactive functional group is used as a raw material, and the resin composition is molded to foam an unfoamed molded article. To form a resin foam, or foam the resin composition at the same time to form a resin foam, and react the reactive functional group to form a crosslinked structure in the resin foam. Foam.
