titleOfInvention | Process for producing 2,2-disubstituted ethylenediamine derivatives |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient method for producing a 2,2-disubstituted ethylenediamine derivative. A process for producing a 2,2-disubstituted ethylenediamine derivative, in which a 2-aminonitroolefin derivative represented by the following general formula (1) is reacted with an alkylmagnesium halide and then treated with a reducing agent. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, and R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent. R 1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms that may have a substituent, R 4 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms that may have a substituent, and R 1 and R 4 , or R 2. And R 4 may combine with each other to form a ring structure.) [Selection figure] None |
