titleOfInvention | Indium tin oxide fiber body and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily producing an ITO fiber body having excellent conductivity. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A fibrous material formed by a fibrous oxide precursor obtained by drying and dehydrating an indium tin composite precipitate formed in an organic solution in which an indium salt and a tin salt are dissolved in an organic solvent Indium tin composite oxide, an indium tin composite is prepared by adding alkali to an organic solution in which an indium salt and a tin salt are dissolved in an organic solvent, preferably by blowing ozone or oxygen and oxidizing to adjust the pH to 5-8. After producing a precipitate and washing the precipitate with pure water, drying it to a fibrous powder at a temperature of 50 ° C. or higher to form a fibrous ITO oxide precursor powder, and firing at 300 ° C. or higher. Thus, a fibrous indium tin composite oxide is obtained. [Selection] Figure 1 |
