abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a turbulent stirring simultaneous hot-bath type animal and plant component extraction apparatus and extraction method capable of efficiently extracting animal and plant components to the maximum efficiently in a short time. SOLUTION: A boiler, a turbulent stirring and mixing reaction device, and an oil refinery filtration / distribution tank are connected in series, and the turbulent stirring and mixing reaction device has a preparation inlet at an upper portion thereof, and the hot water flow-through tank. An oil stock solution tank with an inner / outer double structure and a hot water flow-through with a hot water circulation inlet / outlet at the top and bottom of the side and a hot water outlet at the bottom and a regular triangular turbulent flow generating member welded at a predetermined angle at the four corners of the bottom A tank is provided, and an oil turbulent stirring device comprising a driving means, a drive shaft and a stirring blade is provided at the center of the oil stock solution tank, and a water flow resistance plate is provided at the center of the inner peripheral four surfaces of the oil stock solution tank.
