PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution and a battery capable of obtaining excellent cycle characteristics even when a battery voltage is increased. SOLUTION: A wound electrode body 20 in which a positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 are laminated and wound via a separator 23 is provided inside a battery can. The separator 23 is impregnated with an electrolytic solution. The electrolytic solution contains a phosphate ester such as tripropyl phosphate, triallyl phosphate or triphenyl phosphate. Thereby, even if the battery voltage is increased, the decomposition reaction of the electrolytic solution in the positive electrode 21 is suppressed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
