abstract An object of the present invention is to establish a cell separation chip and a cell separation technique capable of reliably detecting and separating a predetermined cell for cell separation or detection using a microchannel formed on a substrate, and for each sample at low cost. To provide a cell analysis / separation apparatus using a disposable disposable chip. Using a microchannel formed on a substrate, rough separation is performed in the first stage, and then cell separation with high accuracy is performed in the second stage. More specifically, the first stage roughly separates cells with scattered light or fluorescence intensity.
