abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method that enables stable printing even when a plurality of jobs are continuously performed in printing using on-press development CTP (computer to plate). SOLUTION: Using a printing machine having a means for measuring the ink emulsification rate on any roller of the ink supply roller group, final image formation is performed by a printing plate obtained by developing the printing plate material on the machine. A printing method for performing printing by performing steps a to e below. a Measure the ink emulsification rate on the ink roller b Judge whether the ink emulsification rate is within the appropriate range c If the ink emulsification rate is not within the appropriate range, adjust the ink emulsification rate to be within the appropriate range If the ink emulsification rate is within the appropriate range, do not adjust the ink emulsification rate, or adjust it so that it is closer to the center value within the appropriate range. Is brought into contact with the surface of the printing plate material via a roller. E Printing is performed. [Selection figure] None |
