abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding member which can be easily obtained while suppressing the manufacturing cost with high light transmittance and image sharpness. In producing an electromagnetic wave shielding member 30 in which a mesh-like metal layer 10 is formed on a first transparent base material 1 and a large number of light transmitting portions 12 are defined, the mesh-like metal layer and the many metal layers are formed. The light transmission part is covered with a cured coating film 15 of transparent resin, the second transparent base material 25 is joined to the cured coating film via the bonding material layer 20, and the light transmission part is further defined in plan view. The average inclination angle of the cured coating film on the fine wire portion 10a of the mesh-like metal layer is within a range of 0.01 to 15.0 °, and the top of the second transparent base material and the light transmission portion on the fine wire portion This was solved by setting the average value of the height difference from the upper surface of the second transparent base material at the center portion in plan view to 5.0 μm or less.
