abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lightweight composite molded product in which a part of a foam is exposed by cutting a composite molded product preform that is entirely covered with a skin. A parison 10 made of a thermoplastic resin extruded from an extrusion head 9 is disposed in a pair of split molds 1a and 1b. The pair of split molds 1a and 1b are clamped and pressurized fluid is introduced into the parison 10 from the pressurized fluid blowing means so that the parison is formed into a hollow body shape along the cavity of the pair of split molds 1a and 1b. Press forming. Next, the pre-foamed resin particles are filled into the parison 10 of the pair of split molds 1a and 1b by the pre-foamed resin particle filling means. Further, by blowing water vapor from the water vapor supply means, a composite molded product preform formed with a foam in which the particles are fused together is molded. A composite molded product in which a part of the foam is exposed is obtained by cutting the composite molded product preform. [Selection] Figure 1
