abstract |
The present invention provides a solution containing a high concentration of sugar, which does not cause precipitation or crystallization of sugar even when a sugar near or above the saturation concentration is added. By adding a specific polysaccharide to a solution containing a specific high-concentration sugar, it effectively prevents the precipitation and crystallization of the sugar that occurred in a conventional solution containing a high-concentration sugar. It is possible to provide a solution containing a stable high-concentration sugar. |
