abstract | A secret calculation method for exclusive OR that enables reduction of processing time without knowing an input value to a function. The rational point group of an elliptic curve is G, P is an element of G, the order of G is P, Q = xP for a secret key x∈ {1,..., P}, and (G, p , P, Q) are public keys. The encryption function E of a is defined as E (a, r) = (A, B) = (rp, (r + a) Q). The control device inputs the ciphertexts (A, B) and (X, Y) of a and b, and first sends (A, B) to the ciphertext conversion device. The ciphertext conversion device calculates the ciphertext (A ′, B ′) of (A, B) and sends it to each decryption device, and each decryption device calculates x i A ′ and sends it to the control device. The control device calculates xA ′, calculates ciphertext (C, D) for the decryption result of (A ′, B ′), and sends it to the ciphertext conversion device. The ciphertext conversion apparatus calculates (C ′, D ′) and sends it to the control apparatus. The control device recognizes (C ′, D ′) as a ciphertext of a + b (exclusive OR).
