PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved polymer dispersing agent which has excellent affinity to supercritical fluid by dispersion using supercritical fluid and can sufficiently permeate supercritical fluid into the dispersoid. Provided are a dispersion method of a dispersoid and a dispersion composition containing the same. A dispersant is characterized in that a halocarbon compound or a silicon compound, which is a substituent having an affinity for a supercritical fluid, is attached to the terminal of a block copolymer. Thereby, by lowering the surface tension between the dispersoid and the supercritical fluid, it is possible to promote the spread of the supercritical fluid into the dispersoid and disperse the dispersoid into the fine particle size.
