abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of dirt due to adhesion of the polymerized product in the process by suppressing the polymerization of the olefins over a long period in the production process and the purification process of the olefins. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for suppressing polymerization of olefins, which improves the operation efficiency of the process and makes smooth and easy long-term continuous stable operation. SOLUTION: A method for inhibiting polymerization of olefins used simultaneously with (A) piperidine-1-oxyl compound and (B) p-phenylenediamine compound in an olefins production process and purification process.
