titleOfInvention | Calcium phosphate-coated microspheres and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microsphere having a sufficient adhesive strength that a calcium phosphate compound coating layer does not peel off even when used in a use environment in a biological field, and can be separated or driven by an external magnetic field. An efficient and reliable method for producing microspheres is provided. SOLUTION: A base spherical particle containing an organic polymer and a magnetic material, and a microsphere having a calcium phosphate compound coating layer on the surface of the base spherical particle, wherein the base spherical particle is on the surface thereof. The microsphere characterized by having an ionic functional group, and its manufacturing method. [Selection figure] None |
