titleOfInvention | Drug complex and carrier for drug delivery |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a drug delivery carrier capable of more efficiently transferring a pharmaceutical compound to a target site, and a drug complex using the same. The present invention includes a structural unit represented by the following formulas (I), (II) and (III), and a weight average molecular weight in terms of polyethylene glycol (PEG) of 1,000 to 200,000. Provided are a carrier for drug delivery using the featured polyether and a drug complex using the same. [Chemical 1] [Chemical 2] [Chemical 3] (In the formula, R 1 represents hydrogen, sodium or a group having a pharmacological action, and R 1 may be the same or different in the same copolymer. The molar ratio of each structural unit is (I) /((I)+(II)+(III))=0.001 to 0.5, and the mol% of units (I) (II) (III) is (I) = 0.01 to 99.98, (II) = 0.01 to 99.98, (III) = 0.01 to 99.98 mol%.)
