PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-resistant film that is a light-resistant film having a wide range of ultraviolet shielding properties and can be suitably used for packaging of a substance that is easily deteriorated by ultraviolet rays. A light-resistant film having a light transmittance at a wavelength of 380 nm of 5% or less, a light transmittance at 400 nm of 50% or less, and a light transmittance at 420 nm of 70% or more.
