titleOfInvention | Molding precursor, method for producing fiber-reinforced resin molded body, and fiber-reinforced resin molded body |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] A resin that does not spread reinforced fibers due to water-digit processing or NC machining for deburring after molding of the outer edge of a fiber-reinforced resin molded body, which is a problem of the conventional RTM method. Eliminate factors that reduce strength due to the occurrence of rich parts. SOLUTION: A molding precursor comprising a main body part and a burr forming part continuously extending outward from an edge of the main body part, wherein the main body part is a first base material comprising a large number of reinforcing fibers. And a second base material composed of a plurality of fibers laminated on the first base material at the outer edge portion of the main body portion, and the burr forming portion is outward from the edge of the main body portion. A molding precursor formed by the extending second base material, wherein gaps between the plurality of fibers form a flow path of a molding resin. [Selection] Figure 15 |
