The present invention provides a laminate having a protective film that is excellent in scratch resistance, transparency, and adhesion to a substrate and can be formed in a short time. A laminate having a protective film having a two-layer structure composed of the following first and second layers on the surface of a substrate. (First layer) A layer formed on the substrate and obtained by irradiating a composition containing polyfunctional (meth) acrylate and an active energy ray-sensitive radical polymerization initiator with active energy rays. (Second layer) A layer formed on the first layer, which is sensitive to an active energy ray and a silicon compound having an -OR group (R represents hydrogen, methyl group or ethyl group) directly connected to Si atom.
