PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent antistatic property from the process of forming a transfer foil for in-mold to molding and transfer, and to greatly improve productivity, and for the release layer and the base film during in-mold transfer. Provided is an in-mold transfer film that is useful as a base film for an in-mold transfer foil that has no peeling and excellent adhesion to a release layer during molding. An in-mold transfer film comprising a polyester film and an antistatic layer provided thereon and containing a cationic polymer, wherein the specific monomer component (a) is contained as the cationic polymer.
