abstract | Kind Code: A1 A whole blood sample pretreatment method for nucleic acid amplification capable of easily removing impurities when amplifying nucleic acid in a whole blood sample, and nucleic acid in a whole blood sample can be efficiently amplified. Nucleic acid amplification methods are provided. A pretreatment method for amplifying a nucleic acid in a whole blood sample, comprising: (i) diluting the whole blood sample; (ii) heat treating the diluted whole blood sample; and iii) a step of centrifuging the sample after the heat treatment. A nucleic acid amplification reaction in which a nucleic acid amplification reaction is carried out using the centrifugal supernatant obtained by this pretreatment as it is. [Selection figure] None |
