PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile height even for a true spherical toner by making the relationship between the wrinkle depth and the frequency of the toner surface into a specific range and making the relationship between the particle diameter and the average circularity into a specific range. It is an object of the present invention to provide a toner that can be reduced and uniformly transferred. An electrostatic latent image developing toner for developing an electrostatic latent image, wherein the toner comprises at least a binder resin and a pigment, and the toner has a volume average particle diameter in the range of 3 to 8 μm. The average circularity is 0.93 or more, has a wrinkled surface shape, and the particle surface unevenness information of a plurality of toner particles is digitized from the measurement data obtained by a laser microscope to determine the frequency of the height of the toner particles. When the distribution is obtained, the peak value of the particle height is in the range of 3 μm to 8 μm, and the distribution width of the toner particle height corresponding to the half value of the maximum frequency is in the range of 0.5 μm to 1.2 μm.
