titleOfInvention Disazo pigment composition and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colored product which is difficult to foam when applied to water-based ink or water-based paint, has good dispersibility in a medium to be colored and has high coloring power, C.I. I. Disazo pigment compositions containing CI Pigment Yellow 14 are provided. SOLUTION: In terms of mass, C.I. I. It contains 99 to 95% of Pigment Yellow 14 and 1 to 5% of sorbitan fatty acid ester or polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester containing 2 to 5 hydroxyl groups, and is defined in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K 5101-17-1. A disazo pigment composition for water-based inks or water-based paints having a pH value of 8 to 11, containing the sorbitan fatty acid ester or polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester at any stage prior to filtration, and performing heat aging with alkalinity A method for producing the pigment composition.
