titleOfInvention | Method for producing release film roll for producing thin ceramic sheet |
abstract | Disclosed is a release film roll for producing a thin-layer ceramic sheet having a uniform surface and less contamination. The average surface roughness is 0.02 μm or less on the release layer side, more than 0.005 μm on the opposite release layer side and less than 0.04 μm, and the high load static friction coefficient μS between one surface and the other surface is 0. The release layer is formed by applying a coating liquid mainly composed of a curable silicone resin to one surface of a polyester film having a thickness standard deviation S of less than .6 and a standard deviation S of less than 0.16 μm according to the following formula (1). Is wound in such a range that the tension T at the time of winding satisfies the following formula (2), and the surface pressure MS at the start of winding and the surface pressure ME at the end of winding satisfy the following formulas (3) and (4), respectively. Thickness standard deviation S = Σ ((average value of thickness in the flow direction) 2 / number of thicknesses in the width direction) − (average value of thickness in the width direction) 2 (1) 40 N / m <T <150 N / M (2) 20 N / m <MS <350 N / m (3) 20 N / m <ME <450 N / m (4) [Selection figure] None |
