titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for measuring surface voltage of electret, and method for manufacturing electret condenser microphone unit
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a surface voltage of an electret in a state where a diaphragm and a fixed pole, which are electretized in either one, are assembled. Either one of a diaphragm 11 and a fixed pole 13 included in a condenser microphone unit is electretized. When measuring the surface voltage of the electret, the diaphragm 11 and the fixed pole 13 are connected to each other. The diaphragm 11 is vibrated at a predetermined frequency by the oscillator 30 in a state of being opposed to each other with the spacer ring 15 interposed therebetween, and the change in the capacitance between the diaphragm 11 and the fixed pole 13 caused thereby is impedance-converted. It is taken out as a measurement signal of the electret surface voltage via the vessel 50. [Selection] Figure 1
