abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for separating and detecting various microorganisms quickly and with high sensitivity, and an analysis apparatus used for the method. SOLUTION: Anionic polymer other than alginate is used as a sample containing microorganisms. Analysis method for microorganisms that undergo microtubule electrophoresis using an electrophoresis buffer containing lysate, a sample containing microorganisms is treated with a fluorescent antibody that binds to the microorganism, and this is subjected to microtubule electrophoresis and labeled with a fluorescent antibody Microorganism analysis method for fluorescence detection of microorganisms and an apparatus for analyzing microorganisms using microtubule electrophoresis, (i) a water tank containing an electrophoresis buffer containing an anionic polymer other than alginate, (ii) A microbe analysis apparatus comprising: a microtube for separating a microbe injected into an electrophoresis buffer; and (iii) a detection means for detecting the separated microbe.
