abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a gap between a hot plate and a molding die, the temperature rise in the molding die is not uniform due to the gap, and there is a variation in temperature after the temperature rise. Therefore, there is provided a rubber roller manufacturing method and apparatus for eliminating a gap between a hot plate and a molding die and suppressing a temperature rise and variation in the molding die. The present invention relates to a hollow cylindrical mold in which a core metal of a roller manufactured using a molding die comprising a hollow cylindrical mold body and at least two pieces is disposed on the piece. The molding die is fixed to a heating means composed of at least upper and lower or left and right divided members constituting a cylindrical hole slightly larger than the main body, and the liquid for producing the roller is fixed to the hollow cylindrical die main body. In a method for manufacturing a roller for injecting and curing a material, a heat medium having a higher thermal conductivity than that of a member constituting the heating means is disposed in a gap between the molding die and the heating member.
