titleOfInvention | Interaction measurement method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an interaction measurement method which is advantageous in terms of cost and screens a protein-binding DNA site on a chip with high throughput. A method for measuring a nucleic acid sequence capable of interacting with a protein, wherein a plurality of amplification products having different lengths are separately obtained from a target nucleic acid sequence including a sequence with which a protein can interact using a gene amplification method. A method for measuring an interaction, comprising: obtaining the amplification product, immobilizing the amplification product at different positions without mixing on the same solid substrate, and observing the interaction with the protein. |
