abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: An acrylic having excellent whitening resistance that does not cause a whitening phenomenon due to a micro crack generated in a resin layer on the outermost surface when subjected to severe bending with a small radius of curvature in a low temperature working environment such as winter. A decorative metal plate formed by coating a resin is provided. A coloring pigment is contained in a transparent acrylic resin layer obtained by blending acrylic resin, acrylic rubber and an ultraviolet absorber, and a blend resin obtained by blending acrylic resin, acrylic rubber, ultraviolet absorber and plasticizer. A decorative metal plate in which an embossed recess is selectively formed on the surface of a transparent acrylic resin layer by laminating a multilayer resin formed by forming a printing layer between the colored acrylic resin layers on a metal plate such as a galvanized steel plate. .
