abstract Disclosed are a mucosal tissue contractility therapeutic agent and a syringe that can be used in a method for treating various diseases related to mucosal tissue using the mucosal tissue contractility therapeutic agent, and a treatment tool set. An outer cylinder, a piston that is movable in the outer cylinder, a side protruding member that is urged outward from a side portion of the outer cylinder, and a side protruding member is provided. The piston 14 is moved forward by pressing the cylinder 14 toward the inside of the outer cylinder 12, and the switch mechanism 18 that engages with the piston 14 and the side protruding member 16, and the bottom member 20 that can be pushed in a watertight state by the advance of the piston 14. A medicine container housing portion provided in the outer cylinder 12 on the side where the piston 14 advances, which stores and holds the provided medicine container 22, a stopper mechanism for preventing the piston that has advanced, and a tip portion of the outer cylinder 12 A side continuous push type syringe having a needle member 27 provided with an injection needle 34.
