titleOfInvention A negative electrode plate for an alkaline secondary battery and an alkaline secondary battery to which the negative electrode plate is applied.
abstract Provided is an alkaline storage battery having a wound type electrode plate group, which is excellent in charge / discharge cycle performance without reducing productivity. A negative electrode plate for an alkaline secondary battery, comprising a wound electrode plate group in which a rectangular positive electrode plate, a separator and a negative electrode plate 1 are laminated, and a negative electrode plate arranged on the outermost periphery of the wound electrode plate group. In the negative electrode plate having the mixture layer 3 having the active material powder as a main constituent material on both surfaces of the substrate 2 made of a metal plate having perforations, and having a uniform thickness, the electrode plate has a long side. When the substrate is cut along a parallel line, the substrate is eccentric to one side with respect to the center of the cutting surface of the electrode plate, only at the end located on the outermost peripheral side of the wound electrode plate group or over the entire electrode plate. A negative electrode plate is used. [Selection] Figure 1
