How to remove viruses |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing a virus from a protein solution. A virus is aggregated by maintaining a protein solution at a pH of less than 6 and having an electric conductivity of 7 mS / cm or less, and then the protein is applied to a hydrophilic membrane having a membrane pore size larger than that of a monodispersed virus. A method for removing viruses in a protein solution, which comprises allowing the solution to permeate. [Selection figure] None |
