PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photocatalytic titanium dioxide composite fine particles having a molecular discrimination ability capable of specifically binding to endocrine disrupting substances, pathogenic molecules, cancer cells and the like and decomposing them by photocatalytic action. SOLUTION: The surface of titanium dioxide fine particles is modified with a hydrophilic polymer, the amine of the hydrophilic polymer and titanium dioxide are strongly bonded, and the amine of the hydrophilic polymer is specific to the target molecule. By immobilizing molecules having a proper binding ability, photocatalytic titanium dioxide composite fine particles having a molecular discrimination ability are obtained. [Selection] Figure 1 |
