titleOfInvention | Pre-treatment method for ring coater painting process and painting method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment method of a ring coater coating process capable of eliminating uneven coating and uneven thickness of a coating on a surface of a conductive roller or a conductive endless belt base by a simple method. . In a ring coater coating method in which a coating is applied to the surface of a base portion of a conductive roller, plasma is irradiated on the surface of the base portion of the roller by plasma irradiating means immediately before the coating step. The surface of the base portion of the conductive roller 1 is formed in a plasma atmosphere that can be created relatively easily by modifying the surface of the base portion by relatively moving the means 17 and the roller 1 in the axial direction. This improves the wettability of the paint and eliminates uneven coating and uneven thickness. As a result, the adhesion of the paint is improved, and problems such as peeling of the coating layer during long-term operation are eliminated. [Selection] Figure 1 |
