abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide an information display panel that is inexpensive and excellent in display quality, and that can be positioned easily and without misalignment between a partition wall and a display medium filling mask, and that does not protrude an adhesive during substrate bonding. A mask and an information display panel manufacturing method are provided. A plurality of cells partitioned by a partition are formed between two opposing substrates, at least one of which is transparent, and at least one type of display medium having optical reflectivity and chargeability in the cells.
