titleOfInvention Exhaust gas purification device
abstract Disclosed is an exhaust gas purification apparatus that is made of an inexpensive material, is resistant to clogging and ash blockage, and does not require special means such as backwashing or heating and burning of soot. (1) In an exhaust gas purification apparatus including a filter for removing particulate matter contained in exhaust gas, an opening ratio of 90 is provided at an exhaust gas upstream portion of the filter (particularly at a position where the exhaust gas is vibrated by transmission of a back pressure artery). % Exhaust gas purification equipment with flexible sheet metal or ceramic network structure installed. (2) An exhaust gas purification apparatus in which a plurality of the net-like structures are arranged at regular intervals in the exhaust gas flow direction. (3) An exhaust gas purifying apparatus in which the open area ratio of the network structure is smaller toward the downstream side in the exhaust gas flow direction. (4) An exhaust gas purifying apparatus in which the surface of the network structure is coated with a catalyst component containing a noble metal that oxidizes NO to NO 2 . [Selection] Figure 1
