titleOfInvention Preparation of 4-substituted pyrimidine compounds
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an industrially suitable process for producing a 4-substituted pyrimidine compound which can produce a 4-substituted pyrimidine compound by a simple method under mild conditions. The object of the present invention is to solve the general formula (1) in the presence of ammonia. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, and R 2 represents an alkyl group.) 1,1-dialkoxyketone compound represented by the general formula (2) [Chemical 2] (In the formula, R 3 represents a hydrocarbon group, and R 4 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group.) A reaction with an organic acid compound represented by general formula (3): [Chemical 3] (In the formula, R 1 and R 4 are as defined above.) This is solved by a process for producing a 4-substituted pyrimidine compound represented by the following formula. [Selection figure] None
