PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit insensitive to a change in threshold voltage of a transistor and a DC converter using the same. A source transistor that outputs an input voltage according to a first clock signal, and a drive that drives the source transistor using a second clock signal that is different from the input voltage, the first clock signal, and the first clock signal. And a voltage pumping unit that stepwise increases the voltage output from the source transistor according to the first and second clock signals. [Selection] Figure 2 |
