abstract Provided is a bipolar battery in which voltage detection tab portions are provided while the members constituting the stacked unit cells have the same shape. A bipolar electrode comprising a current collector having a positive electrode formed on a first surface and a negative electrode formed on a second surface, and a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The plurality of bipolar electrodes 14 are stacked while being shifted so that a part of the current collector surface is exposed at at least one end of the current collector 12, and leads 32 are respectively connected to the exposed portions 21 of the current collectors 12.
