abstract | The present invention provides a polyurethane resin capable of reducing a powder blowing phenomenon using a lactone polymer having a lactone dimer content of 0.1% by weight or less. SOLUTION: A lactone monomer is polymerized using a titanium compound as a catalyst, and then the product is thin-film distilled to obtain a lactone polymer having a lactone dimer content of 0.1% by weight or less, and then the obtained lactone polymer and A polyurethane resin is produced by reacting with an isocyanate compound.
