In a measurement system using a peptide array, a binding signal is amplified without being affected by nonspecific effects of biomolecules. In particular, it is to obtain a peptide array capable of obtaining highly reliable data when detecting phosphorylation by a protein kinase using surface plasmon (SPR) measurement. A peptide array in which a peptide serving as a substrate for an enzyme reaction is immobilized on a substrate, and a hydrophilic compound, preferably polyethylene glycol, between the site immobilized on the substrate and the peptide serving as a substrate. A peptide array useful for detection of phosphorylation by a protein kinase by SPR, wherein a spacer sequence comprising (PEG) is inserted. |
