titleOfInvention | Method for obtaining an aqueous alkali metal salt solution of an aromatic dihydroxy compound purified from waste aromatic polycarbonate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polycarbonate raw material by economically and efficiently removing impurities from an aqueous solution of an alkali metal salt of an aromatic dihydroxy compound obtained by treating waste aromatic polycarbonate at a low cost, with a short decomposition time, and in a large amount. An alkali metal salt aqueous solution of a high-purity aromatic dihydroxy compound useful as SOLUTION: The waste aromatic polycarbonate is decomposed with an alkali metal hydroxide aqueous solution, and the resulting alkali dihydroxy compound aqueous solution of an alkali metal salt and a halogenated hydrocarbon compound solvent are brought into countercurrent contact and washed. A method for obtaining an aqueous alkali metal salt solution of an aromatic dihydroxy compound purified from waste aromatic polycarbonate. [Selection figure] None |
