titleOfInvention | Radiation image forming apparatus and radiation image forming method using black and white photothermographic material |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an image forming apparatus having a heat developing portion of a black and white photothermographic material and an image digitizer, and a digital image forming method of a radiographic image. A black and white photothermographic material which is connected to the thermal development unit and which is sent out from the thermal development unit, which performs thermal development while passing a black and white photothermographic material in which a radiation image is recorded as a latent image. An image forming apparatus including an image digitizer that takes in a photosensitive material as it is and photoelectrically reads the radiation image visualized by the heat development and obtains an image signal representing the radiation image, and an image forming method using the image forming apparatus.
