titleOfInvention | Indole skeleton-containing resin, epoxy resin composition and cured product thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be useful as an epoxy resin curing agent, modifier, etc., and when applied to an epoxy resin composition, has excellent high heat resistance and moisture resistance, flame retardancy and high adhesion to different materials. An excellent cured product is provided, and a resin suitable for applications such as sealing of electric / electronic parts and circuit board materials is provided. The following general formula (1) HL- (XL) n -H (1) (Here, L is a divalent group derived from indoles and phenols, and the ratio of the two (molar ratio) is in the range of 1: 9 to 9: 1. X is an aldehyde, ketone, xylylene glycol. And an indole skeleton-containing resin represented by a divalent group produced from a crosslinking agent such as divinylbenzene, and n represents a number of 1 to 10. This indole skeleton-containing resin can be obtained by reacting 10 to 90 mol of a crosslinking agent such as aldehyde and xylylene glycol with respect to a total of 100 mol of indole and phenol.
