abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a heat-resistant substrate that ensures the durability and heat resistance of a siloxane film at high temperatures and has water and oil repellency. And a substrate 1 on which the following film is formed. As a result, the presence of the film 2 having a thermal expansion coefficient of 5 × 10 −6 / K or less between the substrate 1 and the siloxane film reduces the internal stress accumulated in the siloxane film at a high temperature, and the durability of the siloxane film.
