PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit connection material which improves adhesion between a circuit connection material for electrically connecting a circuit and a circuit and a substrate having a circuit electrode and hardly causes migration, and a circuit connection structure using the same. To do. A circuit connecting material comprising (a) a polymer, (b) a radical polymerizable compound, (c) a radical generator, and (d) a resin containing one or more epoxy groups in at least one molecule. It is preferable not to contain an epoxy curing agent, and it is preferable to blend 1 to 20 parts by weight of component (d) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the circuit connecting material.
