【Task】 Even when a fluororesin porous membrane is bonded to one or more support sheets, it is possible to maintain high air permeability suitable for the porous membrane when used as an air filter or the like. [Solution] A needle-punched air-permeable support sheet is used to disperse and form a large number of small protrusions on the entire surface, and then the protrusion surface of the support sheet is baked to melt and amorphize the portions of the small protrusions. A porous film of resin is superposed on a support sheet, and the porous film is entirely thermocompression bonded to the support sheet by heating and pressing. [Selection] Figure 1 |
