abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain binding information for a large number of combinations of ligands and analytes in a short time. In addition, management of the acquired combined information and the corresponding analyte is automatically performed. Before performing measurement by a measurement apparatus 11 using total reflection attenuation, a ligand solution 200 is supplied to a measurement unit 12 in a ligand fixing device 10, and a ligand contained in the ligand solution is fixed. Until then, the measurement unit 12 is held in the mounting space in the ligand immobilizer 10. The ligand fixing process and the measurement in the measurement apparatus 11 can be performed in parallel. Further, before the measurement, the designated analyte solution 300 is taken out from the analyte solution storage unit 302 of the analyte library 308 and supplied to the measuring device 11, and after the measurement, the control unit 330 is designated. The analyte information of the analyte solution stored in association with the binding information acquired by the binding information acquisition unit 331 is stored and displayed.
