abstract | When a plasma display panel is driven by supplying electric power, heat is generated, the heat is accumulated and the temperature rises, which hinders improvement in performance and reliability. Or, existing heat dissipation devices have been installed, but none of them was sufficient to meet the required heat dissipation performance. An anodizable metal is used as a constituent material, and a sealed tubular space is formed inside the metal. A hollow structure in which the internal surface area of the metal is expanded is obtained by bending or bending the tubular space into a plurality of independent or branched shapes. It is electrically insulated by covering the metal surface with an oxide film. A substance that functions as a refrigerant is sealed in the cavity. A part of the hollow structure is connected to an external cooling device while maintaining a sealed structure.
